Exterior looks so clean, uncluttered.Love middle drawer which can flex to freezer or refrigerator. Plenty of room on refrigerator for our 2 person household.

We are liking the design of the refrigerator. We really enjoy the 3rd door option, the lower door freezer and the 60/40 split French doors. The water dispenser location in the side of the door is really interesting (in a good way). Our only concern that we™€™re still working through is the ice maker. It seems to be rather slow. Will need to check for any clogs in the water line.

Purchased 1 year ago- beeps/alerts and gives error codes since delivery/installation- freezer only works off and on, no pattern/randomly, sometimes it defrosts for a day, sometimes it is defrosted for four days- ice maker is slow and doesn't make much ice- sometimes the freezer drawer slide/rail freezes shut and is really difficult to pull open, somehow water leaks on the drawer slide/rail, sometimes there is water on the floorProblems have persisted for over a year. I have contact Frigidaire many times. They have sent out three different repair companies and now a fourth is scheduled. The first company replaced the computer panel on his third visit. The second company said it was unrepairable. The third company tried to repair the ice maker and now it stopped working, but couldn't address the freezer not staying frozen because it was working the day he was here.Every time an appointment is scheduled I have to spend time on the phone, and then block out a 5 hour block of time on my calendar to be available for the service contractor visit. I am basically without a freezer because I cannot rely on the freezer to keep things frozen.

Love the roominess of this counter-depth model. I can throw a whole pizza box in there if need be. Shelving both on the doors and inside is adaptable in innovative ways allowing very easy solutions for bulky items. The led lighting makes everything easy to see. And we love the middle door where keep our drinks and cold cuts and cheeses. The only problem we™€™ve had is weeks without ice being made due to a frozen water inlet to the ice-maker which is housed in the freezer. That tube is not supposed to freeze and when it goes, you really should have an extended warranty plan with the seller. We loved the fridge so much that when it was determined our first was unrepairable after 14 months which is beyond the mfg warranty), we rolled the dice and swapped it out (no charge to us) and got the same one. I hope it doesn™€™t happen again.

This is the most beautiful, efficient, and thoughtfully designed fridge I have ever owned. It's so quiet and has so much room! I love the design and how the water can be accessed on the side of the left door. It is hidden nicely but also easy to access without taking up room! You can check the status of all of your filters. The air filters are wonderful and keep my fridge from smelling! The middle drawer can be made into another freezer space or for other specific refrigerator items like fish/meat, snacks, etc. It comes in handy and so cool that you can change it by a click of a button. The freezer has an automatic ice machine and lots of space as well. This fridge makes me feel like a chef in my kitchen!

We are very pleased with the design and function of this refrigerator. The lighting is excellent and there is plenty of space for everything. The top drawer works great for beverages. The water dispenser located on the side of the door is easy to access without having to open the door completely with the water flowing fast and cold. We like the clean look of the front doors without the ice and water. We have had a lot of luck with Frigidaire compressors holding up in freezers and dehumidifiers in the past while other brands have not.

There is so much space inside! I love that there are alot of options for customizing the shelves. I love the water dispenser is hidden inside the door and has a one handed operation compared to others. I'm thinking of selling it second hand and buying another brand just to have a quiet kitchen, dining room and living room. This Frigidaire is perfect for us, clean exterior lines, just enough bells n whistles for us. The storage is easy and accessible. I like how bright the lights are inside and the shelving space is perfect, everything is reachable. The middle drawer we turned on the freezer part for items we use more frequently (Blue Berrys and bagged ice)(we like bagged ice) The lower freezer is perfect easy to spot items we want to thaw out and cook. The elegance and simplicity of this freezer is what we like the most and fits our life style.

With so many options out there, shopping for a new refrigerator can be overwhelming, especially during a kitchen update. When we saw exterior and the flexibility of the interior, we were sold on all the features. This counter-depth fridge is well-designed to adapt to your usage including deep storage in the door leaving the back of the fridge within easy reach...nothing can be "out of sight, out of mind" in the back of this well-lit interior. The separate flexible temperature drawer is great for additonal fridge space (fits that pizza box+), deli, wine cooler or extra freezer space. The bottom freezer/ice maker space is huge. The optional exterior lights cast a nice glow at night to find your way to a glass of cold, filetered water. We love it!

We just upgraded from a 17 cu. fu. and we couldn't be happier. It looks sleek and has so much space. I love the middle drawer for our drinks. The water dispenser is quick with dispensing. The freezer is a bit smaller from our old refrigerator but of course that is due to the ice maker which is a bit slow.

We have only had the refrigerator for one week. I was concerned that I would be losing storage space when switching to the counter depth model, but I am thrilled with the organization possibilities that the deep door shelves and well lit interior offer. I love not having the ice and water dispenser on the front of the refrigerator door. It is a very clean look. I still need some time to give it a full five stars.As of right now, I am getting used to the freezer. The top drawer does not open automatically with the entire drawer. My previous freezer opened directly to the ice bin. The front of the ice making shelf is not enclosed, which is a bit of a head scratcher and may take some getting used to.

My new refrigerator is much better looking than my old one (which was only 4 years old). It looks elegant and classy! I love the location of the water dispenser on the side of the door. You don't need to open the door fully to get water. It has convenient door shelves that hold a variety of sizes of beverages, containers and condiments. Ice drawer in freezer is convenient. I am not sure what will need to be replaced this time. Glad I bought the extended warranty, but I have already wasted close to $500.00 in food because the freezer.

We bought this fridge a couple months ago upon the recommendation of the appliance store. It™€™s the loudest refrigerator we™€™ve ever had and we™€™ve owned quite a few. You can hear it across the house. I™€™m really disappointed with how noisy it is.

Wonderful Fridge

The fridge has a ton of space and really like the crispers. The middle drawer is very convenient and adds extra space to the fridge and also it can be used as a freezer as well. Great design and love the water dispenser in the door. The ice maker is in the freezer where it should be located.

My fridge caught fire and Frigidaire did nothing

Nightmare product! Within 2 months started getting high temp warnings and it would shut itself down. Hundreds of dollars worth of food spoiled. Then the water dispenser started leaking. It leaked into the flex drawer electrical panel and caused a fire (11/17/2023). Customer "service" completely unhelpful. Waited three weeks for repair guy to come out. Had to buy apartment size fridge in the meantime. Took 7, yes seven, MONTHS to receive new parts that did not fix hi-temp or dispenser issues. Repair guy came out 6 times, worked on water dispenser three times- still spays water everywhere, including on the flex drawer electrical panel. Thankfully I bought extended warranty from retailer and now (9/25/2024) will be getting a new fridge - not a Frigidaire. Frigidaire did nothing to help and couldn't even find records of my several calls to them.
