Nice dishwasher, which I purchased because of the reputable brand. A small plastic water wheel failed after about 18 months of ownership (the error totally stumped the excelent tech rep they sent to repair as well). It it took over a month to replace the faulty part. Makes me question duribility of parts used.

I LOVE this dishwasher. It's quiet and my dishes are clean! I love the top 3rd rack for my silverware. The only thing that I wish for is it was a little taller. My glasses and to go coffee mugs have a hard time fitting in the traditional top rack. Other than that I would definitely recommend!

Hardly know it's running unless you look at the countdown timer on the front. Cleans the dishes very well. We love the new third rack for silverware and serving spoons, etc.
The only downside is we haven't figured out how to load the bottom rack efficiently. Our old dishwasher was easier for holding plates and bowls, and seemed to hold more than this new one.

My main reason for this purchase of an ADA version was due to my countertop height. I am very happy with this appliance so far, especially how quiet it is and how well it cleans my dishes. Bosch is a brand I have always liked.

How can I be over the top about a dishwasher. Well, this unit is amazing. Just finished hosting a bridal dinner with my fine china and stemware - and everything came out meticulously clean, shining - not one streak. I could not wash my dishes better. Everything was dry and ready to put away. I love the utensil tray at the top of the washer. It is convenient with no bending over. Another feature is that there is absolutely no noise. Finally, the customer service and periodic updates from the manufacturer that arrive in your inbox, provides steps to best use your appliance. I am a much better technical listener when the material is provided in short snippets. I have never experienced a manufacturer that does this for their customers. I am SOLD on Bosch.

I loved the quiet of my last Bosch (we moved) because it kfaced my dining room doorway.My new kitchen is open to a great room where we spend evenings. All we hear it is the signal when the cycle is done. The cutlery tray is a nice feature as you can group your sutlery for quick unloading. It hold the heat well for quick repeat cycles.

I love how clean the dishes come out. I have not been inconvenience by the size but I wish it could come out a little drier. I leave the door open a little to help the drying time. Overall I love it. Still learning features.

I was about to have to rip up my flooring to put a new dishwasher in when my handyman found this model. It was a big upgrade for me but the fact that it fit the space without ripping up the floor made it a big win! I would never have splurged on a Bosch otherwise but with the money saved on the installation it made sense. It's amazingly quiet and my dishes have never been cleaner. I couldn't be happier.

My last dishwasher wasa Bosch and it was fault free and did a wonderful job but it was time to replace it. Much to my disappointment there seemed to be a large beacklog due to the pandemic. Other brands were a vailable but just didn't have the quality I was looking for. I finally found my new Bosch and could not be happier. Still the best

We were forced to get the ADA compliant version, as the opening was a mere quarter of an inch too short. So ovbiously the capacity is much less than the original washing machine we had, which is not great. But this is a fact that we could not do much about.
We had to take out the top drawer, which is dedicated to silverware, so allow for more space for the dishes. However, even without the drawer, there's not enough room for wine glasses. It feels tight.
The operation of the machine is quite involved, and in my mind a bit an overkill. I think most users will need maximum 3 settings. Another flaw that I had noticed on other reviews is that the interior remains quite wet after the cycle is done. This is annoying, as I need to wipe it all.
It's a good looking machine, and it's quiet.

We are enjoying our new Bosch 800 series dishwasher. It runs very quietly, just as advertised. The is the first time we have had a dishwasher with a third rack, and we like how neatly it holds all of our silverware, spatulas, jar lids, etc. This opens up extra space in the two lower racks. We are still learning how to optimize loading, with so much available space!

I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. My kitchen is between the livingroom and the bedroom. I mention this becasue this dishwasher is so quite, I can watch a movie or go to bed and not be disturbed when this dishwasher is runnnig. I really like the third rack, it lets me put all my silverware in that rack and remove the silverware basket from the bottom rack for more dishes. Now I don't have to wash left over dishes nor run to loads to finish cleaning. The layout of the control panel is very simple, for all the options that are available it is very easy to operate.

Because of a "tiny" height condition when shopping for a new dishwasher, we had to replace our old unit with an ADA compliant dishwasher. We researched and learned that the Bosch was rated the best. We are not disappointed. It has as many options that anyone could hope for, does a wonderful job cleaning the dishes, and is so quiet! And the third rack at the top is an amazing feature.

Ordered August 2020. Pandemic, so it just received the dishwasher on 4/5/2021. While this machine is quiet in terms of the motor, it is in no way quiet in terms of hearing it wash dishes. I certainly lay wouldn't run it while I have company, or when I care for special needs niece a few days a week. Deeply disappointed. I would like Bosch to come and take a listen and take the machine home with them. My prior machine was a Bosch and I never heard the elves cleaning my dishes.

I like the style and look of the dishwasher, but unfortunately it does not clean my dishes well. I have been waiting over a year for Bosch to repair or replace the washer, but to no avail they have not reached out to me to fix the problem. The customer service rep was extremely rude and unwilling to assist me as if I was interferring with her.

This is a very high end dishwasher for a reasonable price. It is really silent, has many compartments that can be moved different ways or removed to accomodate various dish shapes, it is sleek but holds a lot of items and still washes them throughly even when completely full. the look of it from the outside with the stainproof door is great too. After 4 months, I am still really happy with my purchase.

We are using this product for about a month now. When we spent more than normal price of this appliance, obviouly we expect more than what we would expect from an averge appliance.
I would list out my grivencies and let you know why we were not as exited on using it as we were when we ordered it. We thought waiting time of about 4 months of delivery and spening this much amount of money, there will be satisfaction and will be justified after starting using it.
1. Packing does not included any hard copy of quick guide or a user friendly manual for quick reference. All we had a instalation guide.Since we also hired instalation service, that guide was not of any use for us.
2. We found it's size is smaller than what we expected. At the time, we did not realize it what ADA would be like. May be that was our fault.
3. Packing did not have a water testing kit which was claimed to be in as per it's users manual.
4. After printig about 24 pages users manual we started using it.
5. After dryer finished it job, we noticed so much left over water over the wall and fan and floor of the machine.Which required lot of cleaning work of wiping the water out. As a solution, we started opening the door immidietly after it ends all it cycles, which definetely helped in not having leftover water on the walls and floor. Not sure if we supposed to do that every time we use it,
6. Initially, we also noticed bad smell but we thought it would go away once we start using it. However, even after multipel time using it, we still feel the smell coming not sure why.
7. Ofcourse, it works well and clean the dishes well. Dishes came dry too. No complain about it but we would say our old dishwasher even though it was not so expensive it this, it performed well.
We are sorry to say but we are not satisfied as much as we should be, It's almost a month, we started using it and waited to review thinking it might change our first impression but it failed to change our mind.
We sincearly hope that our comments or observations will help manufacturers in improving the product.

I have had my dishwasher less than 3 months and error 21 pops up so it can't be used at all
I called Bosch and they gave me an appliance center to call BUT the appliance center won't do anything until BOSHE sends a "dispatch order" manually. I can't reach anyone to get this done!!!!

It gets things clean and does so relatively quietly. It deserves the 4 stars.
However, If I want to wash a 1/2 sheet pan then you have 3 options. 1.Raise the Middle Rack all the way and put the pan on the bottom at an angle. (This results in the middle rack being too high to fit real glasses)
2. Lay the pan flat on the middle shelf and you lose almost all glasses space.
3. Lay it flat up top, no silverware space.
Also, filling the rinse aid is annoying as you almost guaranteed to spill it.

I like everything about this dishwasher, from the silverware rack at the top all the way down to the bottom rack where I can put the tallest stock pot. My preference is to have the controls outside of the door. My old eyes can tell just how much more time is left from all the way across the room. My dishes have always come out sparkeling. Never streaked or etched like my old dishwasher. The sleek design is easy to keep clean. My only conplaint is that I didn't buy a Bosh years ago.

Immaculate dishes almost every time. Minimal pre-rinsing needed. The design of the shelves is a bit cumbersome and could use some tweaking in the arrangement but it's worth dealing with if you value clean dishes. We have awful hard water issues and this is the first machine we've found that can overcome it.

This is an excellent dishwasher - washes great and quietly (yes, you can hear it running, but it's about as loud as our new, quiet fridge), dries quite well if one follows instructions and leaves the door closed overnight to allow a full cool-down inside, and it is very energy efficient.
Many of the negative reviews focus on the fact that this dishwasher is smaller than expected. But this is a dishwasher intended for ADA use, which also happens to be great for use in smaller-than-average installation spaces. It is an inch and half shorter and shallower than standard sized dishwashers, which made it ideal for our unusually shallow installation space. The addition of the 3rd rack means that we have more usable space now than we did with an earlier standard size washer with only 2 racks.
If you have space to install a standard-size dishwasher, and don't need an ADA model, don't buy this one! But if need an ADA compliant machine, or a shorter model that is also shallower to fit in a non-standard space, this is ideal.

My wife and I purchased this from Best Buy, had installed in our remodeled kitchen about 2 weeks ago (July 2020). This morning. I woke up to error code E19. Which, from my research could be a heat exchanger problem.
I attempted to call Bosch customer service. Got the " we are available 24 hours a day ...please call later" attempted this twice an hour from 6 am - 5 pm pst ...same message. No way to leave voice mail. Sent an email to Bosch customer service ...got an acknowledgement that they received it....saying they would contact me shortly....nothing yet. Called one on the certified Bosch repair tech which came up on the Bosch site and they said they don't service my county.
Overall for such a highly rated company this has been a truly disappointing experience with our first, and probably last, Bosch appliance.

I bought this dishwasher in April of 2020. It's my second Bosch dishwasher. It's so quiet, when you turn it on, you have to put your ear to the door to hear if its running. The loudest times of a cycle is when the water is draining out( not loud at all). It cleans my pots and glasses and dishes perfectly. I would highly recommend.
